The personal and professional growth and development of the intern as an emerging professional is a very important part of our program. Training is designed to guide interns through the transition from a student role to that of an entry level professional as they learn to balance multiple professional roles and demands while experiencing more challenging responsibilities. The ability to observe and interact with locals is a key element of the learning process. Thanks for sharing your great post.
